Return Policy

At Black Hill Woods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase (unless online).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@blackhillwoods.ca. They will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.

There are certain items that cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of your item for return, please reach out to our customer service team.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility requirements apply for returns within the European Union.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
