Black tea

1. Water Temperature: 200-212°F (93-100°C).
2. Steeping Time: 3-5 minutes.
3. Tea to Water Ratio: 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per 8 oz of water.
4. Instructions:
   - Boil water.
   - Add tea leaves to a teapot or infuser.
   - Pour boiling water over the leaves.
   - Steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired strength.
   - Strain the leaves and serve.
