Chai tea
1. Water Temperature: 200-212°F (93-100°C).
2. Steeping Time: 5-7 minutes.
3. Tea to Water Ratio: 1 tablespoon of herbs per 8 oz of water.
4. Instructions:
- Boil water.
- Add tea to a teapot or infuser.
- Pour boiling water over the tea.
- Steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain the tea and serve.
