Labrador tea

1. Water Temperature: 200-212°F (93-100°C).

2. Steeping Time: 5-10 minutes.

3. Tea to Water Ratio: 1 tablespoon of dried leaves per 8 oz of water.

4. Instructions:

   - Boil water.

   - Add dried leaves to a teapot or infuser.

   - Pour boiling water over the leaves.

   - Steep for 5-10 minutes.

   - Strain the leaves and serve.
