Oolong tea

1. Water Temperature: 185-205°F (85-96°C).

2. Steeping Time: 3-5 minutes.

3. Tea to Water Ratio: 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per 8 oz of water.

4. Instructions:

   - Heat water to the appropriate temperature.

   - Add tea leaves to a teapot or infuser.

   - Pour hot water over the leaves.

   - Steep for 3-5 minutes.

   - Strain the leaves and serve.
