Pu'er tea

1. Water Temperature: 195-212°F (90-100°C).

2. Steeping Time: 3-5 minutes.

3. Tea to Water Ratio: 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per 8 oz of water.

4. Instructions:

   - Rinse the tea leaves with hot water for a few seconds and discard the water.

   - Boil fresh water.

   - Add rinsed tea leaves to a teapot or infuser.

   - Pour boiling water over the leaves.

   - Steep for 3-5 minutes.

   - Strain the leaves and serve.
