Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Our policy is "No refunds or resends on items sent without tracking" in Canada, as there are options to add tracking.
The option to ship "letter-mail" was added to save customers money on what has now become very high shipping rates. However, as there is no way to confirm delivery the option has the possibility to be abused, so therefore the buyer accepts the terms outlined above.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted on most unopened/unused items, 45 days after receipt. Return shipping to be paid by customer. Full refund issued upon receipt of original package.
Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 45 days after receipt of your goods.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

Returns
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Pack your goods and attach a return label. Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage.
