Victoria Black – Premium Black Tea Blend

Victoria Black is a bold, fruit-forward black tea crafted for depth, balance, and visual appeal. Built on a rich base of premium black tea leaves, this blend is accented with vibrant fruit pieces and delicate petals for a refined yet expressive cup.

The result is smooth and full-bodied with subtle sweetness and layered aromatics that develop progressively during infusion. Striking in appearance and confident in structure, Victoria Black performs equally well as a straight tea or as a foundation for iced and milk-based preparations.

Key Features:

  • Base: Premium black tea leaves, robust and full-bodied.
  • Blend Components: Fruit pieces and select petals for natural aroma and visual complexity.
  • Appearance: Deep, twisted black leaves contrasted with vivid fruit and golden petals.
  • Flavor Profile: Malty backbone with subtle fruit brightness and a smooth, rounded finish.
  • Versatility: Suitable for hot brewing, iced tea, or milk-based preparations.

Brewing Instructions:

Tip: For best results, use fresh, filtered water.

Standard Hot Brew (8 oz / 240 ml):

  • Tea: 2–2.5 g (about 1 heaping tsp)
  • Water Temperature: 95–100°C
  • Steep Time: 3–4 minutes

At 3 minutes: brighter fruit notes and a lighter body.
At 4 minutes: deeper malt character and fuller structure.

Avoid steeping beyond 5 minutes to reduce tannin extraction and bitterness.

Stronger Brew / Milk Tea Base:

  • Tea: 3 g per 8 oz / 240 ml
  • Water Temperature: 95–100°C
  • Steep Time: 4–5 minutes

Produces a concentrated liquor that holds up well to milk or sweetener.

Iced Tea Method (Hot Brew then Chill):

  • Tea: 4 g per 8 oz / 240 ml
  • Water Temperature: 95–100°C
  • Steep Time: 4 minutes

Pour over ice or dilute with cold water to desired strength.

Cold Brew (Smoother, Lower Tannin):

  • Tea: 8 g per 1 L cold water
  • Steep Time: 8–12 hours (refrigerated)

Cold extraction emphasizes aroma and fruit notes while reducing astringency.
